Donor-supplied Notes1. Post-WWII was stationed in Japan. 1945. These, or at least some, clips are from Nagasaki. (Daddy is leaning against an army vehicle eating an orange while someone else films.) Daddy enlisted 10/15/42. 2. On the boat from Japan to US. 3. Al's fishing trip to Lake Champlain. 4. Albert Sokolowski and Chesterlyn Sokolowski marry on July 1, 1950 in central Connecticut (Anosonia area) 5. Honeymoon in Belgrade Lake's, Maine. Chesterlyn fishing of the dock...not bad for a city girl. At the end of the clip, several men are carrying the boat. Dad is in the front. 6. Mom VERY pregnant with Karen, who was born May 30, 1951. At the house in Middlefield Ct. Albert and Chesterlyn lived in this house from 1950 through their deaths, 1978 and 2013 resectively. 7. Karen's baptism with Aunt Jo, her godmother.
