A few shots of a boy practicing archery. Footage of boys doing woodwork in shop class with counselor George W. “Pa” Pushee. One boy builds and tests a bow. Footage of young boys walking to the water and learning to swim and playing on the beach. A shot of two goats. A shot of two bears fighting. Young boys pack their gear into a canoe and go out on the water with a counselor. A shot of boys and counselors, one of which is Pa Pushee, on a small wooden fort on the water known as the Ark. Footage of the campers and counselors, including Leslie “Uncle Dud” Sutherland, Archer M. “Pa Nick” Nickerson and Pa Pushee, at a lamb barbecue. Footage of Jack Laws dressed in Native American tribal clothing leading the boys in tribal rituals and games. Boys dressed as pilgrims and Indians act out the story of Pocahontas. Footage of boys cooking and eating bacon. A group shot of counselors and campers.
