Scenes of snowy streets in town, people digging out. 'Newburgh's latest innovation...' Archie clambers on top of huge snow bank in front of garage. VS of snow piled 10 feet tall beside sidewalks and streets. Arthur Murray shoveling.
HS of snow stream, people chipping at icy banks.
Men seated at kitchen table telling stories, smoking cigars (dark); they are at 388 Grand Street, Newburgh. Proper, Northrop, Golding, Kendall, Grandpa Warden, Mr. Curtis, Grandfather Stewart.
