Interview with Representative William Cohen about relocation of Vietnamese refugees. Says there is an obligation, but that it should not be the sole responsibility of the United States. Praises Governor James Longely's offer of support, does not believe refugees will take and away jobs from Maine citizens because they will not be employable due to language barriers.
