Chuck Balloon; Hot Air Adventures: Ballooning in New England; Chuck Kramer goes ballooning in subzero weather with experts; black screen breaks; ballooning is expensive; it requires a license, and space for the balloon, and friends to help chase the balloon after it's flight; the less dense air inside the balloon is what makes the balloon rise, created by the heat used by the basket, so it is gravity that makes the thing fly; winds need to be calm, no more than 8 mph; kites are better for windy days;
