Title: ‘Peter Mehegan On The Road Again’. Peter Mehegan visits the Blue Hill Peninsula in Maine. Includes Eaton’s Boatyard in Castine and interviews with Kenny and Alonzo Eaton, with home movies of the Austin family visiting Castine. Interview with John Bateman, caretaker for Anita Harris, who donated Holbrook Island to the state of Maine, and with park manager Phil Farr. Megehan visits the WERU radio studio in Blue Hill, the ‘Henhouse’, with building owner Noel Paul Stookey, artist Cathy Kaelin, chief engineer Don McKillop, and manager Dave Snyder. Footage of the Bagaduce Chorale performing at the Congregational Church Blue Hill, led by Mary Cheyney Gould. The Bagaduce Music Lending Library, with founder Marcia Chapman. Discussion of changes to Maine with James Russell Wiggins of the Ellsworth American. Episode ends with preview for an episode of Chronicle about Ireland.
