Chronicle: Roxbury Gangs; commercials included in taping; gang violence seems to be on the rise and most of it is due to guns; kids are joining groups just to be part of a group; summer heat is going to make it worse some residents say; William Celester reports that arrests are being made, and that is all the police can do, and end the revolving door of putting offenders back on the street; Wilding and drugs are the end of the road for too many teens; those with hope for teens offer them an alternative; Georgette Watson and Franklin Tucker talk about what the problems on the street are, and what is being done; Mike Barnicle offers the observation that there is no understanding of the current surge of violence.
