Specials: Use Your Smarts, About Drugs and Alcohol; [same as 2716.1498] Use Your Smarts: About Drugs and Alcohol; High-intensity dance segment with images of pills and liquor bottles and a sound track borrowed from Huey Lewis and the News; Dick Albert hosts a program about responsible decision-making, with Eric Wolfe and five teenagers who portray some stories; teenagers meet a dealer to do a deal; there are some doubts about what is a good idea and what is just "going along"; black screen breaks; there is a party at the home of one of the teenagers while her parents are away; there are drugs and alcohol available; teens talk about the pressures to socialize in this way; parents often have a double standard: "call me if there is trouble, but I will kill you if there is trouble," the teens say; one of the party-goers appears to be ill so some of the teens decide to take her to the hospital; one of the teenagers decides to drive home, though he is told by another that he is too drunk to drive; he later crashes his car into a telephone pole; safety precautions are discussed by the teenagers, Eric Wolfe and Dick Albert;
