Host Mike Lynch enters and introduces the first semi-final round of the show, with teams from West Springfield High School & Framingham High School competing in the quiz show. The two teams compete in trivia questions. Participants: Robert [Nizar], Mark [Ritzhyde], Tom George, Raj Shaw for West Springfield; Jeff Raine, Evan Labrador, Daniel Hanover, Robert Andler for Framingham. West Springfield High School wins to move on to the Championship round.
