Miller's Court: To Be or Not To Be; Scene of Lab with technicians and petri dish; scene with clients and lawyer in an argument over signing a waiver to use the frozen embryo with second wife; Glenn Lewis and Eleanor Alter are the attorneys who questions the plaintiff and defendant before a jury in the suit about property rights in the use of the frozen embryo; black screen breaks; the lawyers talk about their strategies. The jurors are polled on their reasons for voting, nine in favor of the woman who wanted to retain control of the embryo.
