Alison excited about her birthday. Talks to three girls reading books who pretend they don’t know its her birthday. Alison is sad that her friends forgot her birthday. She introduces book

Kids sneak balloons and presents onto the bus
Break
Kids discuss a surprise party and go into the magic book. “What do you think is good about having friends?” Montage of kids answering.
Alison and a kid pick up a cake. The baker is Doug Lipman. He pulls out a guitar and tells a story about a fight between friends and a teddy bear. He sings a song/tells the story directly to the camera. Writes “That’s a Likely Story” on the cake.
Break
Alison and Ashley bring the cake back to the book mobile. They go in the magic book and arrive at Alison’s surprise party. Two of the guests are dog puppets that sing a song about friends. Alison blows out the candles on the cake and starts a story.
Break
Come back to Alison still telling a story while the kids have fallen asleep. One of them introduces
