Bars and tone. Slate. Black. Show begins at 01:10 Alison driving the Book Mobile. She opens the show with a story about Ants. Opening. Credited: Rosen-Shontz [Rosenshontz] and Bill Cook “Let’s Use Our Heads” Book mobile is flying. Alison asks kids to help her down. They tell jokes to the Book mobile. It laughs and she descends. It was all a dream that Alison was having. She wakes up sitting under a tree. A girl introduces book Cartoon: “Doctor De Soto” by William Steig Commercial break Alison filling balloons with helium and the kids are coloring them. “If you had 100 balloons what would you do with them?” Compilation of different kid’s answers (one in Spanish). They enter the Magic Book and come out in a field by a hot air balloon. Bill Cook is in the balloon and offers to take them anywhere. Cook tells the kids a story about a bird (“Tico and the Golden Wings” by Leo Lionni). Speaks directly to the camera. Commercial break Balloon lands at a Rosenshontz (Gary Rosen and Bill Shontz) concert in a park. They sing “The Best That I Can.” Commercial break They come back to the book mobile. Your Story: “Bully and the Penguin by Lisa Malley, Beth McDonald, and Jenny Segal. Illustrated by Talia Fisher Kids recommend books while the credits roll.
