AbstractCityLine: Giving Back: Boston Youth Network; Karen Holmes and Donna Latson Gittens host the program; CityKids is introduced with a focus on the InRoads program, an initiative to place students in business internships for the four summers during undergraduate education in order to network before they decide where they would best find work after college; students, parents and sponsors in the program are interviewed; black screen breaks; Holly Bailey and Jack Curry talk about special efforts they are making to reach out to minority students; Boston Youth Network kids spend time working outside their usual environments so that they know something about the forest and non-urban landscapes; Laurel Lamont is interviewed about the positive aspects of the program;
