"Winter, At Dietrichs’ home in Orrington. Young couple sitting on couch with baby. Who??? Mary Dietrich in white blouse, Mary Lou, Mark, Rama (the Siamese cat), and record player playing on the floor??!! Change of scene: snow and lots of it. People getting into old car. It’s the young couple leaving the Orrington house. Change of scene: Cape Rosier in the winter. Driving on unplowed, snow-covered road towards Harborside and the Babbidge house. Shots of the nearby sea (too nearby…). Wow! Driving through Harborside, Maine, in the snow, when the road was lined with all those trees!!!!"
