Building with lettering, “Loteria Nacional.” Street with steel frame skeleton of building in distance. Garden, very formal, with pan to two story building. Rounded end of building and garden with climbing plants on columned structure. Woman walking along. Pan of garden and up to sculpture of woman (war memorial?) Car pulls up to building. Horned cattle walk along street with man in jacket and hat accompanying them. Mudbrick building in background. Another man in white carries rope. More men and cattle. Flashed white continuously and transferred slow? Piazza, blurry shot, end of reel. Toreadors enter bull arena. Long sequences of bull fighting.
