Group praying by a Mary Statue in a small park with a heavy police presence. The police break it up and arrest some people. Interview with a policeman (W. MacDonald). He says it is an unlawful demonstration within 100 yards of a school. Footage of the street and small park. Mike Taibbi reporter stand-up. Interview with a woman. She says no one in Boston is listening to them so they are appealing to a higher power.
