Natalie Jacobson reports on an art project titled "Works in Progress" where different artists create art (sketches, sculptures, paintings) on a city street. Footage of men and women creating art in different locations while people on the street stop to watch. "Institute of Contemporary Art presents 'Works in Progress' by Marilyn Oliver" sign. Other artists named on the signs are "Marilyn Kirsh - sketch"; "David Phillips - sculpture"; "Nancy Connolly - fabric sculpture."
