Unidentified reporter Interviews District Attorney David Cox on allegations of improper use of funds by the Eastern Task Force on Aging and audit report. Also possible discrimination against senior citizens by the Task Force in Hancock County. Investigation concluded that Director Willis Spaulding had no conflict of interest.
