American Civil Liberties Union Executive Director Aryeh Neier speaks at press conference in Bangor, says the biggest problem facing the ACLU is the ebbing of interest in individual rights. Press conference takes place on 50th anniversary of the Sacco and Vanzetti executions. Neier criticizes Senator William Hathaway for not supervising the national intelligence agencies.
