Bob Steele report on Governor James Longley nominee to cabinet. Dr. Bruce Poulton, Vice President for Research in Public Services and a teacher at the University of Maine named to become Longley's special assistant, overseeing the state planning department. Longley announces appointment at press conference, endorses blocking President Ford's tax and tariff program on imported oil along with Governor Dukakis of Massachusetts and the Governor of Rhode Island.
