The reel starts with what is a trailer for The Miracle Baby. This was a six reeler starring Harry Carey from 1923. However the rest of the reel appears to be from a serial. The end credit says, ìNext chapter will be shown at this theater same day, next week.î Can apparently had a label indicating it contained coming attractions.
