Possibly on Congress Street outside the Congress Square Hotel. Behind the scene is "Chefs Corner" (restaurant?).
On a crowded street, a woman is asked if she would vote for a woman, Margaret Chase Smith in particular, if she were to run for President, and the woman says no because women are not as capable as men; a man is asked the same question, and he says he thinks the country could stand a change in the sex of the presidency; the next person, a woman, says she thinks a woman's place is in the home; a man says that women are lucky to be members of congress; another man says, yes, if she were good looking; next, a woman says yes, sure, because all the things that are happening today are accomplished by women; a man smiles and says, women control everything, so might as well let the women take over for a while.
