Evergreen trees along shoreline. Young man jumps as surf continues to come landward. The young men in different positions on shore. Some look as if they are about to perform push-ups. Exterior of cabin. Young man points with finger. Young man has stick with circular object attached to top. Young man takes, attends another's hand. Two young men commence boxing. They wear boxing gloves, shorts. Man referees from side. The two hug each other. Another two engage in fisticuffs. One has 'gone down for the count'. Referee stands over him and counts by motioning his hand. 41:40. Young man paddles water with his hands as he crouches from bow of canoe. Smiling, he paddles along in this position. Young men along shoreline. All are dressed for swimming. Two are standing with oars vertically positioned. Rear view of young man lying in bow of canoe. He uses his hands to paddle along. 42:07. Several young men on shoreline enter canoe. All wield oars as they paddle across lake. 42:21. Group of young men assembled for exercise. Leader before them. Very slowly, group begins to aerobically exercise. Now they attempt to touch their toes. All are in their pajamas. They do crouching exercises. Next, jumping jacks. Group runs forward, disperses. 43:00. Man aligning, adjusting rope. Water surface behind him is in motion. He twines, ties ends of rope together. Standing with rope attached to deck rigging, he aligns, ties the individual strands of rope, making a more uniform, completer rope. Only his hands and lower body have been visible throughout entire process. Loose ends still protrude from rope. With string, he secures loose ends. 44:01. Sails unfurled. Vigorously pulling at ropes, the young men continue to raise sails. Bilge, foam emanating from beneath ship. 45:08. Distant silhouette of ship as it voyages. 45:13.
