Downie Bros. Circus Parade in Millinocket, Maine, 1931. Following parade, footage shows men in hats offering a bottled drink to a captive black bear. One of the men is Gilbert Burton Moran (1874-1951), a business leader and early settler of Millinocket, Maine.
