An unidentified man, "Worth" apparently with the road crews, in Portland's Monument Square talks about the recent snowstorm and current poor road conditions; he comments on the ineffectiveness of salt and sand because of the densely packed snow, saying he knows things won't work, given the conditions, the way he would like them.
