Interview with attorney Jules Mogul of Bangor. Mogul comments on no-fault insurance and insurance rate increases. Says people will be deprived of their right to sue in the event of damages resulting from motor vehicle accidents in an attempt to lower insurance premiums. Says this approach has already failed in Massachusetts.
