Don Carrigan report. Footage of Mt. Hope Avenue in Bangor, closeup of street sign. City wants to turn an existing animal hospital into a dog pound, in spite of zoning conflict. Residents of street are taking the city to court to prevent the change. Bangor attorney Phillip Buckley comments on his efforts to bar the city from going ahead with the plan.
