Congressman David Emery at banquet with US Navy officials. Discussion of the newly-built naval destroyer USS Elliot, named after naval war hero Arthur James Elliot of Rockland. Family of Arthur Elliot were also in attendance at the luncheon banquet and received a six-hour cruise on the ship.
