Two urban renewal projects aimed at improving housing in Bangor are planned for the York-Hancock Street area and Third and Main Street area. Both neighborhoods are described as bad areas. City will rehabilitate the areas through demolition and renovations. Community Development Director Rod McKay talks about relocating the people that live in that area.
