Label on film: 'Solid Waste #4.' // Orono may have problems meeting the July deadline ending open burning. Town must also move current dump because it is too close to water. Town will be opening a landfill. Old Town Town Manager Robert Clark interviewed about the need for the landfill and his thoughts about how long the landfill will last. Bangor planning to have an incinerator. Interview with City Manager Merle Goff about the incinerator project.
