Interview with two men about trip to research the benefits of a refinery. Men are William Bulloch and possibly banker, Barrett? Discussion of the Pittston refinery. Mr. Bulloch of the Maine Economic Resource Council of Concerned Citizens (MERCCC). Trying to find happy medium between ecology and economic development. Believes the state has gone 'overboard' protecting the environment and is not giving enough opportunities to business.
