VHS reference tape. Donor sent VHS copy of films he transferred himself. 1930s home movies were discovered in flea market. 1930s home movies were originally 8mm. They are b&w and silent. Original format of steamship Sabino footage (Reel 6) is unknown. Sabino footage is color and has sound. Transfer is not of great quality. Tape has no intertitles to distinguish the reels. Reel 1: Children, woman and dog at Homes Beach (18 fps). Reel 2: Squirrels at cemetary, parade scenes, street scenes (18 fps). Reel 3: Steamboat Mt. Washington, speedboats , swimming on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH.. Train and station at Alton Bay, NH (18 fps). Reel 4: Same as reel 2 (9 fps). Reel 5: Same as reel 3 (9 fps). Reel 6: Steamboat Sabino at Mystic, CT on June 6, 1996.
