The company produces over a quarter of all the seeds they sell themselves. They provide stock seed for carrots and the grower in Idaho produces the seeds to sell. They have 40 growers. "Years ago garden seed production went out of style in the east, period." "We feel that there are certain items we want to keep a closer eye on, the only way we can do that is to produce them here.'' "People are becoming more and more serious about their gardens all the time." People are producing food for their families.
