Senator William Hathaway arrives at Bangor International Airport. Talks about new tax rebate bill at press conference. Also says that assistance for South Vietnam should not be a priority of the federal government. Believes further military assistance in the region would be futile and that the South Vietnamese may fare just as well under a North Vietnamese government.
