Footage of a flood in Lewiston, ME, including buildings and streets underwater, people watching from dry patches of land, a man rowing out to the WLAM radio station building in a canoe, a raging river and a few shots of logs and branches strewn about the flood damaged town after the waters have receded. Probably the March 1953 Androscoggin River flood. Footage of trees along roads, in towns, by lakes and in fields displaying their autumn foliage. Footage of a parade in Rangeley, ME, including a man on horseback, a marching band, marchers in uniform, floats and cars and trucks covered in autumn leaves. Footage of a pie eating contest, including children with pie all over their faces afterwards. Footage of people walking on stilts. A few shots of trees displaying their autumn foliage. A few shots of the sun setting. A few shots of women pushing baby carriages. Footage of two young girls playing in a snowy yard, including a cat climbing a telephone pole. A few shots of people peeling pears and putting them in a metal bucket. A shot of a young boy chasing a kitten. A few shots of a baby girl in a wicker carriage, including a woman pushing her down the street. Footage of children playing in a yard. A few shots of a man serving cake to people sitting outside and the people eating the cake.
