An unidentified undercover agent talks, with his back to the camera, about some of the weapons violations in Maine; the most unusual violation he saw was an anti-tank gun in a bedroom, next to the bed, he said; he says there is no "true name" law in Maine, and so there are many obviously "phony" names used to purchase handguns, particularly in the state's border towns; some of these particular guns have later been linked to crimes in states with stricter handgun laws, he says;
