Footage of the making of maple syrup, including men in snow shoes tapping a tree with a drill, inserting a nozzle, or spire, hanging buckets on spires, emptying buckets of sap into a holding tank on a horse drawn sled, emptying the container with a chute and boiling down the sap in an evaporator. A few shots of rows of flowering trees. Footage of workers loading logs onto a sled which is then pulled to a lumber yard by a tractor. A few shots of workers loading logs onto a truck. Footage of cows in a field. A few shots of a tractor pulling a hay baler through a field with bales of hay falling out of the back of the hay baler. Footage of fields of grain, including a man making haystacks, tractors pulling various machines behind them to harvest the grain and workers collecting bags of grain from a field.
