Footage of a picnic, including a man preparing and cooking food in a large frying pan over a fire, women setting the table and preparing food and people eating and drinking at picnic tables. A shot of children playing near a dock. Footage of houses, including one with a sign that reads, “Weary Acres” intercut with with shots of directional signs with arrows that read, “Bucksport Elsworth 19” “Alt. 1 3” and “Seaplane Base” and another that reads, “Ellsworth”. Footage of men in uniform, some with instruments, flags or rifles, standing at attention and marching in formation, including other men in uniform inspecting the ranks. Footage of houses.
