Donahue talks to a live audience about Roxbury referendum to separate from Boston and form a new city called ‘Mandela’. He asks questions of a panel on stage, including Andrew Jones, Director of the Greater Roxbury Inc. Project; Reverend Charles Smith, Chairman of the Campaign for One Boston; Melvin H. King, Professor of Urban Studies at MIT; Bruce Bolling, President of the Boston City Council. They play a clip of a news story from WCVB, with an interview with City Treasurer George Russell. They take questions and comments from the audience and calls from viewers. Includes advertisements for: Betty Crocker, Brim coffee, All laundry detergent, Kellogg's cereal, Volvo, True Value.
