Clip of West Quoddy Head and the light house. Passamaquoddy Pleasant Point Reservation [Sipayik] and interview with Joseph Nicholas of the Passamaquoddy Museum; Roosevelt Campobello Capital Park, and the Roosevelt Cottage. Clips from the movie ‘Sunrise at Campobello’. Interview with Linnea McGowan Calder, whose parents worked for the Roosevelts. Machias Seal Island, an area disputed between the US and Canada. Interview with Captain Barna Norton, who claims to own the island. Mehegan talks with Andy Swift, who restores antique fire engines in Jonesport. Mary Richardson gives the results from an audience phone poll, asking whether or not Clarence Thomas should be confirmed as a Supreme Court judge. Episode ends with a preview for a Chronicle episode about Weston, Vermont.
