Episode of Chronicle on the one-year anniversary of the Challenger disaster. Peter Mehegan and Mary Richardson report on families of the astronauts who are suing the federal government, and the investigation into whether NASA knew about problems before the disaster. Mehegan talks with author Malcolm McConnell and legal consultant Arthur Miller. Mike Barnicle reports on Patriots football player Brian Holloway, who briefly met Christa McAuliffe, and his fundraising efforts for a memorial ‘Challenger Center’. Barnicle gives commentary on the disaster and its aftermath.
