Police and emergency workers inspect wreckage of automobile beside road. Driver apparently still in car. Horrifying scream. Footage of heavy duty ambulance/rescue vehicle. Interview with Brewer emergency official about new vehicle and other search and rescue equipment. Says there was a lack of necessary equipment in the past.
