Saturday Morning Fever: Children's television -- they are spending 25 hours a week in front of the set according to a survey; the fall season includes nothing for children in the evening during the week; Capt. Kangaroo is moved to Saturday only and most of the rest of Saturday is animated; Is there harm in television programming on children's psyche? Bob Keeshan (Capt. Kangaroo) is interviewed. Jamaica Plain's children are interviewed by Mike Barnicle about their television viewing. All of the advertising is included in this taping of the show.
