Chronicle: R-Rated; Haynes Flute; Summertime; the purpose of the R-Rating was to warn parents that minors were not encouraged to see a movie, but instead that rating is an attraction to lure teenagers to see the film; the film industry tried censoring itself for many years, and theaters are the place that the rules are enforced about who can see films; an brief overview of this history is provided; bathtub sailors segment includes images of open water sailing, fish and water fowl as well as rainbows; Haynes Flutes company is visited; the parting shot is a tribute to summer in New England with scenes of summer past-times that include beach-going, cycling, outdoor activities, sports, and music, ending with fireworks; ABC Special Report John Hinkley is found Not Guilty by reason of insanity on all counts of shooting the President of the United States and others.
