Arthur Miller introduces the lawyers, Gerry Spence and James St. Clair, who present the legal argument to a jury in this case; black screen breaks; Arthur Miller talks with the lawyers about their strategies, and he talks with the jurors about their thoughts in this case; 7 jurors vote that the company is not liable for the employee's health expenses, and 5 vote in support of the employee receiving some compensation from the company;
