Jorge Quiroga reports on a Maine couple (Robert and Sharon Raymond) who bring a child (Franklin Perez) from the Dominican Republic to live with them. Quiroga and his team film’s Franklin’s life in Santo Domingo. Production Assistant Sabrina Aviles escorts Franklin through immigration. He attends Mount Ararat School. Franklin and the adults discuss challenges of living together. Franklin was later moved to a different family.
