Specials: Criminal Neglect; Arthur Miller hosts a discussion among those who are victims of both the criminals and the prison system in Massachusetts; prison overcrowding and poor prison conditions led to the release of some inmates, to the shocked disbelief of some state residents; inmates are interviewed; residents on the street are interviewed about the need for locking up criminals; black screen breaks; Arthur Miller describes a drunk driver scenario and asks audience members what they think the punishment should be; a list of alternative treatments rather than jail time are described and discussed; the Willy Horton case is noted; personal stories of a few prisoners are reported; New Braintree is the site of a new prison and there is opposition; Dedham is also a prospective site and again there is opposition; an example of success is the town of Shirley;
