AbstractTitle: “To Russia With Love”. Work tape for a special about a Boston tennis team traveling to compete in the Soviet Union. Karen Holmes hosts the show about a team from the Sportsman’s Tennis Club. Teen tennis players from Boston compete against players from Russia, Latvia, and Ukraine. The team attends tea at one of the players homes. The team visits in Riga and Jūrmala, Latvia. Includes an interview with Olga Morozova. Footage of the team returning home. Karen Holmes reports on the team competing in in Kyiv, Ukraine for the final leg of the trip. Shots of St. Volodymyr’s Cathedral in Kyiv.
