Park St. Under; Augie calls from Florida to say he is selling the restaurant to someone named Sgt. DeMarco; Vito, Fitzy and Casey decide to discourage the sale by making it look like a losing enterprise; Nick DeMarco shows up, and they each do their part to discourage him with horrible food, drink and company; Nick figures out he is being played and tricks them each into giving away their disguises;
