Arthur Miller presents a fictional case of a man suing his former employers, after being fired for refusing a lie detector test. Lawyer Bruce Ennis represents the plaintiff, with Rikki Klieman for the defendant. Discussion of the accuracy of polygraph tests and invasion of privacy. Miller asks the audience to call in with votes. Arthur Miller talks with the lawyers about employee rights, the wrongful discharge doctrine, and their tactics for the case. Miller talks with the jury. The jury votes in favor of the plaintiff. Miller asks for the results of the audience poll, but nothing is shown on the graphic.
